After a quiet Boxing Day, I set off on a rather last minute adventure. I flew from New Zealand to Cape Town, South Africa arriving on Thursday 28th December 2017. After checking in at my hotel I walked down to the Westin Cape Town hotel which has a restaurant on the 19th floor. I had a light lunch looking out over Duncan Dock and the cruise ship terminal. There, lurking behind the cruise ship terminal, is the RMS St Helena, due to be my home for 12 nights from Friday 29th December.
